Having just seen in tv here an incident on the LA freeway involving a Harley and a car ,I'm perplexed as to why the police want to charge rider when it appeared that the car cut him off and lost control of his car.

Looked like the rider kicked the car , the driver over did it getting his own back at the rider and totally stuffed it up..
Rider didnt bother to stop to asertain any injuries to people.. which he was partly responsible for.

^^^what he said. It amazes me how some riders think is a good idea kicking or engaging in fights with people armed with +3,000lbs of moving metal. He could be dead right now.
