I have to admit...when I get into doing some serious backroad burning in NC, it's exactly that scenario that scares me the most. While I don't get going quite that fast in areas where there is that much traffic as in the video...it is and always will be the people pulling out from the small side streets that I have to watch for the most.
Especially the ones making a right
