or am I just unlucky?
- I have now bought two different CA products for my bike, and both of them have failed within days of being installed.
The LED turn signals I bought have never worked properly (dead LED clusters from the moment I installed them) and my integrated LED tail light stops working when I go over a bump in the road! I've had the LED board looked at by an auto electrician, who says he thinks the board was not soldered properly at the factory.
Now, I have been through three cheap eBay tail lights. Given what they cost, I expected them to fail at some point. Clear Alternatives products, however, are priced at a point where I think I have a right to expect that they will be of top quality and will last for more than two or three days.
So, has anyone else had issues with these products or am I just very, very unlucky?
BTW, for the +/- $90 that the integrated tail light commands, I really think it ought to be a complete tail light assembly, not just a circuit board and a $5 lens.
