Chopped the rear

now all you need is some biker balls!
 
Hook me up w/ the details....
It was pretty simple. Took about 45 minutes. First i took the plate and bracket off. Then i flipped it and held the bracket up as far as it would go and made a line leaving enough room to drill holes for the bracket. Next i took a piece of masking tape and laid it across where i wanted to cut. I just eyeballed it. Made sure it looked straight. Then just cut it was a dremel and cutting wheel. It more like melts it then cuts it so cut below your line and then clean it up with a file. The ends i just rounded with a file to make them look better. Then just clean it up with some sand paper and drill 2 holes for the bracket.

Also in the first post you can see my scribe line, just above the old bracket mount holes. Here is a pic of what it looked like after the rough cut. You can also see what the ends looked like before i rounded them

nice work, I've done that on mine, kinda out of need to get the back tire out after I'd already loosened it all up
