choke lever on 1999

does it do anything
supposedly it is to increase the idle but really doesn't seem to do too much more
idle is fine right off the hop
i didn't think fuel injected bikes needed the choke??

It's not a choke, it's a fast idle lever. You may just need to adjust yours. Welcome to the oRg!

You should use it to crank a cold bike. All it does is increase the idle.

the manual does not mention the choke lever or how to adjust it
it shows it in the pictures of the handlebar set but no explanation or adjustment instructions
only had it for 4 dqays so still exploring

Lift the tank and look on the left side of the TB's, pull the lever down and you will see where you need to adjust it.
