Charging Problems

i have a 2000 hayabusa......i am having a charging problem....when the bike is at idle it reads 12.67 on the volt meter.....i have a 24 volt system......2 batteries.....but when i rev the bike to 4000 rpms.....the voltmeter starts to de-charge..........why is this happening.........somebody please help

did you put 24v for the main harness or for the starter only?

Did you modify the system and then notice this issue ?
