Changing the wheel seals when replacing bearings?

I just ordered new bearings for my rear wheel from worldwidebearings.com. I am asking about the seals that sit between the wheel spacers ane the wheel bearings. I have two questions about those.

1. If taken out right, can those seals be reused since I will be putting in fully sealed bearings instead of the stock bearings? Or will I just need to buy some new seals?

2. What is the best way to take out those seals?

If u are refering to the dust seal.they can be reuse.

Dust seals are cheap. It would be wise to change the seals as well. You will probably ding them up during removal anyway. IMO change the seals every time you install new bearings. Cheap insurance.
