Changing front signals lens on K6

one of my front signals lens has a hole in it, ordered a new one. Is it easy to replace? Was told I can do it without removing the nose, just remove the inner linings. Please inform. Thanks

Yep, just remove the trim next to the gauges and sides of the tank.
2 Phillips head screws hold each signal in place.

Since you are going to be doing the change out, might as well just take the nose off and give it a good cleaning. the tabs that line up the turn signals can be a pain sometimes and it really is just that much easy with the nose off.

I removed inner linings on right side, I can see the top screw on the unit but the bottom screw is not visible, i'm trying to replace the unit itself

Never done it. Flashlight , mirror with telescoping handle, and long shank phillips blade screwdriver. Without the light and mirror I would have to try and feel my way through it.

I changed out the whole housing on my 04 years ago.

IIRC, I had to use a REALLY long phillips on one screw, and on a different one, I used a rachet with a phillips bit in it.

It is actually easier to take the nose off than to fight working around it
