Changing Clutch..QUESTIONS

Im going to replace the clutch, are there any secrets or special info or tricks that will make it an easier job? This is my first time on this one and any help is appreciated. Thanks Mike
 
Let the fibers soak in oil for a while before installing them.
Stack your old plates in order as you remove them too.
 
There are plenty of videos on youtube that show you how. It took me about 30 minutes to do mine. And that was my first time doing a clutch on a motorcycle. Good luck
 
It's not too bad, I don't have any business working on anything, but I can do it.

If your not planning and oil change too, ya can put the rear tire up on a ramp, cinder block ect.. and lean the bike over on the stand to pool the oil to the left side so it won't all leak out when ya pull the clutch cover. OR drain it into a clean pan and replace after.
