Carpenter Racing A#1!!!!!! 1441

just the corrected altitudes and temps can play a big difference in mph and e.t..
Just got done recing 4 days in a row. track is at 2800'. temps were of a coldest of 54 and up to 98. corrected alt changed from 3000' to 6200' also over 4 days. head wind, tail wind, etc.. went from runing best of 9.15 at 152.4 to when the conditions were the worst could only pull off 9.34's at 148. I am 190 in shorts.
street 09 busa at 65". lowered, extended, exhaust, air shifter, gen 1 valves, ape valve springs, web 395/378 cams. putting the nitrous on soon.

Oh ok....so its fair to say these applications really aren't that good for every day twisty type riding ???

I have carpenter on my 09 and my bike is setup specifically for twisties and track....my bud has the same setup except 1397 and his bike is strictly for the mountains....under an experienced rider..they are perfect for this type of riding

Ok.. Here are the stats.. Finally got the carpenter built 1441 to the track. I know there more left in it, but here it is:
8.87 at 159.6. my best past prior was 9.14 at 155

Measured gain of .26 and 5mph.. Once again, I am really happy, still need seat time and that number should improve.

do not know air density but just for grins
159.68 mph in the 1/4 with a 675#=225.88 hp not bad
I used 675 because I do not have conditions nor the weight or rider and bike dressed
