Can't upload

i use upload center and put in my email address but it says my email cant be found in database so i check what i used in my account and its right.

then i try to click the login button at the bottom to try it when i try to log in it says my password doesnt match whats on file.....so i log out of the whole forrum to log in again to test my password and it works then.

so i tried to make a trouble ticket and it says i dont have permission its a forbidden document
