I bought a 07 hayabusa from moto 4us in knoxville and he's giving me the run around on the title. Vin number is js1gw71a872106749
I payed 6k on the bike it was advertised as clean.
He said he'd mail me a title since he's a dealer I got it in the mail and it says salvage exceeds mech. Limits non rem. My court house won't issue me a tag because of this remark. Since I purchased the bike on my chase card with 0 apr. I've called and disputed it. They have to wait 15 days or some junk. Any who the crook at the dealer in Knoxville says he didn't know he send me a s.c. salvage title he says he bought from an auction. It also came with a title extension form attached with mine,and the dealers name. The bike looks,as if its never had a scratch. Any ideas here? bonded title?
