Can anyone out there use a Tail Tidy?

I bought this unit myself when over in Japan for work. It is opened but not used at all. I cant be bothered to drill another number plate as the coppers are pretty hot here on small plates and I could do without the attention.

Cost me £49ish. Anyone want it for £30 plus shipping?
