Can anyone identify this tail?

This is one hot tail, so far I have not found an undertail with taillights that I like.If someone can ID this one or tell me where I can get one that has no taillights just clean finished tail and undertail I can fab my own taillights. No Airtech though, worked with their stuff before,it was really rough fitting. Thanks

Looks like a custom one off...btw that stupid wing and third wheel are friggin' ridiculous.
 
Looks custom made to me, but perhaps from a TopGun or Mototeck base.
 
Thats what I was thinkin it was too and I agree the wing and third wheel is pitiful, no make that painfull to look at lol.
 
WTF, there is so many things just wrong with that bike, but the tail is kinda cool... I would be embarrassed if that was mine, well it wouldnt be mine so disregard
