Cam Chain

Trying to get all the info I can before I buy a Busa.  Heard rumor that you have to manually adjust the cam chain at perscribed intervals.  Is that true??  I had a 1979 Yamaha XS11 that you had to adjust.  I thought those days are gone and auto adjusters were used for everybody.

Not true, unless you buy used and the previous owner installed a manual cam chain adjuster.
