Cam Chain Replacement

Hello, I am replacing my Cam Chain. She has 32K and the OEM cam chain adjuster is all the way out. Replacing the cam chain guides also.
Can use some help not knowing if I need to replace the cam sprockets and the crank sprocket.
Can anyone help me with this question.
