Could someone point out the specific differences on a CA Busa, lookin to replace my wrecked bike and wondering if there is any paticular downside to the Calif model Busas.

Yeah Smaller fuel tank and vapor cannister for air regulations I'm sure there are a few other items I'm missing but thats about it both can be resloved though pull the cannister and plug the lines and buy another tank from outta state.

CA Emissions ca. model

hope that helps some but really overall the tank size is the big stand out I know that CA has the vapor cannister for emmisions cause I'm going to be removing it one day

yeah the vapor cannister is about 2 lbs hence the weight diff. maybe thats why we get screwed outta .5 gallon:lol:

Thanks for the info guys, although I'd prefer a non-CA model I don't think that's gonna be one of the major deciding factors, major factors are I want a specific year and color scheme, I want it pretty much flawless, stock and with very low miles, oh and I want it for 6K so the non-CA might be asking a bit much, actually found one but it's 6.5K and 1,000 miles away, the CA model is lookin better at 6K and only 450 miles away and 3K less miles on the bike as well.
