Why do you bounce your bike off the limiter ? Most cars with windows up especially if a cell phone is in their ear still wont hear you not to mention the possible damage done by floating a valve . Its one thing to hit limiter and get off it , but to just bounce it is potently damaging to you engine .
I think a Extra Loud horn , and looking for a way out from above dumb cagers is a better option than reving it to the moon going nowhere .

Lets say car driver went left towards you while your clutch is in , and banging 11,300 RPMS whats your plan because you cant let that clutch out at that point .
