C02 airshifter question?

Just installed my new cycle-tek air shifter today. When I put on a full bottle of c02 the regulator frosted up for a few. Now the bottle and the regulator is just real cold and sweating. Is this normal? Don't know jack about c02..I was just wondering if I had a leak or something. Thanks for any replies

usually thats a problem with how the bottle is mounted. if its mounted with the regulator facing backwards or at an angle that has the regulator pointing down, you will get liquid c02 coming out, and things will start freezing up.
