Buying a Busa that's been down.

I'm looking for some insight from my peers.
Would you buy a bike thats been down, with moderate damage, repaired by a Suzuki dealer with all Suzuki parts.
Would this make you shy away?
Asking because, it's my bike, looking at selling it after the repairs are done.
I'm looking at stepping off bikes for now, not sure...

I know there are guys that are great at spotting any potential problems and areas of the bike that should really be inspected before making a purchase like that, so I know it's been done and left some happy...

I'd find someone that can help you really look over the bike and make certain you're buying a stable and "safe" bike before handing over the cash, just my $.02
