Busa Wheels vs Ggsrx 600

I just got a set of wheels from the Chrome shop for my 05 Busa.

They shipped me a GSXR-600 Rear Wheel, its engraved on the inside of rim.

I've read on here were the those bikes have a smaller width.
5,1/2 compared to the busa 6 inch.

Question is, where do you measure this width at.
It measures:
6 inch from top lip or bead to top lip and only 5,1/2 from bottom lip to to bottom lip.

I attached pictures to show how I measured it. sorry for the blur, but it hard to get chrome focused.

does anyone know how to measure these to make sure I have the right wheels.
I also question the front now..

anyone with knowledge or a set of wheels that they could measure, I would greatly appreciate the help on this.

I just don't wont to put on the wrong stuff and have a tall skinny back tire.

the first pic was the top of the lip picture.
where I got 6inch width.

the next one is of the bottom lip or bead.
this is where I get 5 1/2 inch..

my son has a 600 gixxer and uses my old tires,,if that helps.

Tires will fit on a skinnier rim but that doesn't mean it's the right width.
