busa stalls during quick stops...anyone?

Haddy,
I was talking about the insurance being paid up comment.
i'm sure he was just goofing around with that comment.  i haven't had a chance to increase the rpm and test ride or should i say, do a stoppie yet.  i will report back when i can.  could it be the fuel pump? i read somewhere that the 99 had fuel pump issues. however, i think if it is the fuel pump, it would stall pretty regularly, not just during hard braking, i dunno. thanks for all the suggestions bus club.

but if you increase the idle,
you increase the chance of overheating in traffic
don't you?
Probably not. You may actually run cooler...by increasing the idle you may be increasing the idle oil pressure which could help cool more effectively. Reality is you won't notice a thing, except no more stalling.
