Busa exhaust question

I have a question on stock Busa gen 1 exhaust header. I have a reverse trike project. Silly me, when I was trying to mount my Busa engine + the swing arm as one unit
to my chassis, I did not think about buying a stock exhaust header before. Now I realized it will not fit in the location after I did and welded a bracket to the chassis.
The exhaust that will fit is the one with the Turbo exhaust manifold from ebay. Although I don't have plan making this project a turbocharged, my question is:
Can I use the exhaust manifold for turbo, cut the T3 Flange and fabricate the rest.
Will I lost the power using the ebay T3 exhaust for turbo manifold (showing in the picture.)

I'd look at a sidewinder style header before I used a turbo header. I don't see why you couldn't use a turbo header, but I'm sure you'll be leaving power on the table, just not sure how much.

Those E-bay turbo headers are junk.
