Busa Clutch slipping...starting to run out of ideas.

Around 30 mph shift into 6th and then fan the clutch as you accelerate hard. If the tach rises but the speed hardly increases the clutch is slipping. The engine revving should be audible as well.

Upon further examination of the inner basket I noticed this:

Does someone have the spec on the washer thickness that rides between the inner and outer basket?

Edit: nvmind found its 2.4mm that is what I measured.

1st clutch I've seen that the driven plates are different, and mater on location in stack.
Aka steels.

Your steels are to thin @0.077" not the 0.08 and 0.09 "

Is that the hub?

Thanks for the screenshots.

Yes back side of the inner basket that the steels ride on. Its almost like something got in there and chewed it up or the somehow the inner and outer baskets are somehow contacting, but the washer that spaces them seems to be the right size.

I did the conversion on them and 2mm converts to: 0.0787402in and 2.3 is 0.0905512. so its a few thousandths, I will go check my original steels and see how they compare.
