Highly recommend buying these already modified rather than going cheap and doing it yourself. It's not hard to do, but not worth the work for the little money you'll save compared to buying such a professional job.

I went looking for these locally a few weeks ago. Harley no longer carries them, but they can be ordered from your local HD.
