bubba's bike is on the fritz any ideas?

so here's the lowdown ...made a trip to Euclid, OH then from there to Fredonia, Ny spent the night then rode home and broke down once in erie. trucked it home and found the main fuse was blown that controls everything so i swapped it out and it started right up. now today ive gone through 15 fuses in just 4 hours. ive torn it down to bare bones and traced every wire, every connection, nothings rubbing, touching, or grounding out its all wrapped tight and nothings array. im at my wits end and dont know what to do. shope gave me the run around and said they dont wanna look at it but if they do it could be at minimum 3 weeks. any ideas at all?

Mabey a fresh eye on it might help... Meaning i can look at it when i get home or in am?

Ignition switch maybe shorting.Gotta be something dumb that will drive you nuts.Hope you find it.
