hi i have a 99 busa with a broken clutch case and clutch case cover , this happened because one of the clutch bolts came loose and smashed through both casings , im not sure if i can upload a pic so you can see , so im in need of a replacement , suzuki uk want £210. for a new one , does anyone no where i can get a cheaper one in the uk, i dont want to pay to much incase it has caused any other damage i am unawhere of .. or with one of the clutch bolts and spring coming out could of that damaged the clutch, but what puzzles me is what would cause one of the bolts to come out in the first place , any help would be most appreciated...

2008 and I think a few 2009 Busas had this problem too. Suzuki forgot the loctite! I've never heard of it on the older models. Has your clutch had work before and maybe someone forgot to loctite the bolts when it was reassembled?

I'd change the oil and filter, then run and repeat before any serious riding takes place.

Maybe check eBay, then your local salvage yard for a replacement part.
