Brock's Throttle Pin mount?

I suspect this is a racer issue. Maybe when the adrenilin is flowing you try to twist the thing off?

Yours is probably broke and you don't even know it. You can take your plastic piece out and drill a hole where the pin goes and put in a small set screw. Mine has been broke off and it was before I started drag racing mine.

I've never heard of it and I'm active on four forums. More than likely this is a drag racer issue. They pin those things with great force on launch.

This is a very common issue when tying your bike in a trailer using the old style Canyon Dancer tie downs. They have a tendency to twist your throttle wide open while transporting the bike and breaking the plastic pin. The Canyon Dancer II tie downs do not cause this problem.

If you are not twisting the throttle WFO as on a drag strip you probably will not notice it. We do on the track after a few runs.

Brock came up with a great solution to repair the issue if you do not want to put a set screw in it as mentioned earlier.
