Body cowling cracked

I have a 2008 busa and the body cowling started cracking this spring. I put a new one on and now its starting to crack. Whats going on.

Can you specifiy exactly which part of the cowling? Or better still, post pictures. Common reason that comes to mind is overtightening of the fasteners.

Never had one crack. We need a pic to see where it is cracking in order to give opinions
