Board related ??? What are the little blue squares

I can't find anything that says what they are... I had two while I was trying figure out what they were/are...

They are the same as the member pips (circles) that used to go under members avatars... a different level than donating members...

Directly related to your board status if you are not a donating member.

It has to do with your # of posts and board status
