We have been hammered by accounts hitting the site from Russia, we have been working to try and get things locked down so that we dont have any issues with the site. While we are locking things down we sometimes become a little too restrictive and it takes us a few minutes to get things equaled out again... please be patient with us, these .ru accounts are everywhere and are wreaking havoc on us....

CSF works pretty nicely as a software firewall.. I block China, Korea, romainia and a number of other countries by CIDR addressing.. (is free and provides http, smtp, pop or any other hack avenues)
