My wife and I stayed in Oberammergau back in February of 2009 at the Park Hotel on the river there...enjoyed the village and also went to Zugspitze---loved the view and BEAUTIFUL country--- we got over one foot of fresh snow there overnight while we were there
I work with Eurocopter in Donauworth--- have really enjoyed my travels to South Germany...beautiful country and great history and culture---really enjoyed the people there too The Park Hotel had some t-shirts there from some of the earlier Motorrads that had been celebrated so I picked up a couple --- very cool !!! Enjoy the ride this year

I luv goign to Garmisch-Partenkirchen I haven't been there in the last 5 years. I was going to go in July but just didn't have the time.
