blue square boxes below name?

dumb topic and probably a dumb question ,but i have to know, what does the little blue boxes under our screen name mean?

In the near future we will have a rating system. This box will display how our peers rate us.

You will add the rating on the members profile page (you can see that now by clicking the profile link) but it does not work right now.
