Blue Marks On Factory Clutch Drive Plate Claws

Does anyone know if there's a specific scheme to the blue marks on the outer edge of one of the drive plate claws on each of the drive plates. I've asked different mechanics and some say they should all line up in the same slot and others say they are balance marks and should all go into different slots. I don't know who's correct. I only trust you guys.

I guess I'm just going to line them up. it seems to make the most sense. they couldn't possibly be off balance enough to cause a vibration.

They are clutches I would be surprised if it mattered.
