Blowoff valve question

Does it matter were on the manifold the blowoff valve is located?

I would center it if possible but it doesn't matter.

I think the most common location is on the top right of the intake, not on the side of course, but i'm sure it depends on whether you're looking at it from the front or back. Actually, I'm waiting for mine to arrive next week then I could post a pic and we'll both know what it looks like.

some do the uppipe just before it goes through the frame. shouldnt matter too much, just if ya can, put it were distibution will be somewhat equal. once again, probably wouldnt matter too much if you cant since its after you let off that it kicks on.
