Blancas famous Shish-Kabob recipe

Dinner tonight !

Goodies
1 lb. lamb, cut into cubes
1 lb. pork, cubes
2 lbs. chicken, cubes
2 lbs. beef, cubes
Cherry tomatoes
Onion wedges
Green peppers
Mushrooms

MARINADE:
1/2 c. olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 med. onion
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients for marinade. Add the meat, mix and cover. Put in fridge for several hours or overnight.
Fill skewers alternating meat and vegetables. Cook over hot coal to your liking, turning and brushing often with marinade.

Mix up some fresh Baba-Ghannouj (eggplant dip) or Hummos (chick pea dip)
and Mmmmmmmmm.....Good !

It called 'Cyprus Grill' and is unique to Greece, Cyprus and some parts of Turkey.
Only places I have ever seen them.
I brought this back from Cyprus last summer.
You can find them online but they are not the 'Ferrari' model......
Thing has two separate motors, each one will crank your arm off.
Two sep levels. You can have both goin same time. The top level is height adjustable.
Bottom has 11 skewerers, top has 4 large ones for holding roasts or as you see fish basket with tenderloins in it. (first cook)
I also have just a simple grate for it as seen here with yummy buggs on it !

What's really nice about it is both motors have a car adapter plug and you can remove legs to go camping or to the beach .
Motors are also easy to disconnect wires so you can hook them to a boat battery or spare you have sitting around .
