Ok I have read about the big bore kits and 2mm cranks as well. Looking to be around 1441 when done. I also want the bike to be reliable enough to be a daily rider as well, so after visiting hayabusa zone on the APE website here is my parts list:

BLOCK EXCHANGE finished blocks with JE 1397 piston kits
APE tool Steel Wrist pins
2 mm BUSA STROKER CRANK KIT brand new 08 Hayabusa crankshaft Rod
WS70761 Hardweld Web cams Welded from OEN cams
ADJUSTABLE CAM SPROCKET ASSEMBLY
HAYABUSA ROLLER CAM CHAIN CONVERSION
HIGH VOLUME OIL PUMP GEAR
HAYABUSA "PRO MOD" STUDS
HEAVY DUTY CYLINDER HEAD NUTS
Headgasket
Base Gasket

Is there anything I may be missing or I may want to add. Also I am looking for a builder in the LA area to do the work.

Valve springs
Retainers
Rod and Main bearings (you need to size these after you get the parts)
Gasket kit
Valve seals
Suggest Undercutting 2nd while you are in there.

You have adjustable cam sprockets and roller chain conversion on your list. Then roller chain kit has adjustable sprockets. Once we have your stuff ready, we have someone who can put it together for you.
