In first one bikers got a man who bumped a girl - a motorcyclist, and tried to escape, but he failed. And got his "reward" - everything he deserves. Calling the bikers "thugs" in a situation like this, is not smart, at least.
In the last - it's a remote camera with a radar; a policeman is about 200-300 meteres away in his car, waiting...
