I hope he gets well soon . I'm not here to judge , hell a lot of times I don't wear a helmet when I just jump on the bike to go to the coner store or to blockbuster video . I'm almost 50 and trust me I've seen the light at the end of the tunnel a couple of times . Once from a 69 Cadillac Eldorado that ran a stop sign , the second time was service related I'll just say. But a good 80 % of the riders I see here in Florida do not wear any protection at all. I'll have to agree with sccrvettel82 on this one. Instead of ripping the guy for not wearing a helmet get on board and give the guy some support. Its not like he was being an ass or breaking the law.

I'm sick and tired of the media blaming the bike and not the dumbazz or cager. AKA ESPN or Fox Sports.

All I keep hearing from all the media is that he was on a Black 2005 Suzuki Hayabusa, what the company calls the fastest bike you can get that is street legal.

Right now we're (Busas and riders alike) are prolly under scrutiny from media and populace alike. And it sucks that someone with a huge public profile gets in a wreck on a bike that is the worlds fastest production bike (2nd? now) and had no helmet.

Now there will be debates whether or not our Busas should even be legal or allowed on public roads. Just ain't right.
