Belly wing / pan bracket

When I got my bike it didn't have one and I think I would like one on there. But when I was looking at forums for lowering links I noticed this black brace nearby that I don't have on my bike. Is that what the belly pan would bolt to?

If anyone know where I can get one of those brackets help please. I couldn't find nothing on ebay.

SN...I'm putting 1" lowering links on and removing that adjustable. I don't like how it was cut like that.

there like 20-25 dollars at Honda East of Toledo's 2006 Suzuki Street Bike GSX1300R HAYABUSA Parts List if you having trouble getting it. I think they can get you any oem parts for your bike.
