My sig banner quit working too... I think it's part of the slimming down we went through. Never could get it to work again so I just deleted the sig line.

It looks like the html code you're using to link to the image is written correctly. Maybe the image was deleted from the hosting site. Just an idea.

Make sure you don't have any other text on the line in your signature.  No extra brackets, or characters either.  It should look like this, but replace the "()" with "[]".

You can also use this and place < and > outside of the text.  Just adjust the values for height/width until you're happy.  The "ALT" gives you the ALTernate text during a mouse-over.
