All of the common standard metric M6 bolts found on the Hayabusa are the 1.00mm pitch thread , from engine covers to bodywork to clipon removable bar pinch bolts and nearly everything else . The M5 are .08mm , the M8 are the 1.25mm pitch , and the M10 are fine pitch 1.25mm pitch . There are some M6 exceptions , such as the airbox M6 self tappers for instance . The M10 standard pitch is universally 1.5mm pitch , but Japanese bikes usually always favor the fine pitch 1,25mm in this size .
