Bar End screws

HELP

I want to undo the bar ends on my bike, but the screws are so tight that I have damaged the head on one of them.

Any tips to how to unscrew them plese?

Put a screwdriver in the screw and with your other hand; grip the bar end and twist.

If not enough force with hand you can always use a strap wrench on the bar end to break it loose.

They are lock tighted on and a good shock will help break them loose.

Put screwdriver back in and tap it with a hammer lightly a few times to try to break it loose. Then unscrew it.
If not get an easy out screw remover from sears or lowes.

Twisting the bar end like you were trying to unscrew it sometimes helps,

Make sure you are using a Number3 Phillips bit!
