Balance Shaft locationS?

Does anybody know where the other balance shaft is located? I am used to seeing this but I can't find the other one, maybe the other counterweight is hiding somewhere on another shaft? Typically there are two, which rotate in opposite directions so that the rotational forces are balanced but you still get a up/down or side/side to cancel out the secondary free forces in the motor.

He did a video on adjusting the countershaft on the Gen 2...I need to find that video and save it so I can do this....
