bought a set of pipes off'em 2 months ago and had missing parts contacted them about it still don't have the parts and got a pretty profain set of emails about the neg feedback i left

scorpion titainium the can straps love the pipes sound great but the guy was a real a-- and can't ride without 'em :-(

True... If the seller is an authorized dealer, then I'd contact the manufacturer. If they're not authorized, then there may not be much that you can do. If you start getting desperate, you can probably just eat it and get the parts from a sponsor here on the .org for a reasonable price.
