I know the feeling of this problem. Mine went over in the garage too... cracked my fairing. ...gotta get some frame sliders...

We put a great deal of effort into setting up the suspension on our road race bikes. Once it's fine tuned the front is always lower than the rear. Usually around 4mm.

What is the advantage of having the rear lower than the front by 10mm or more? Does this ever create head shake at speed?
