Bad Stabilizer, Fallenarch to the rescue

I threw out a want to buy notice for steering stabilizer, fallen arch came through and sent me one that he had. Thank you very much Bubba here’s a short video of what was left of mine

I just found out what is loose in the front end, it's the steering stabilizer. Can it be tightened up without taking the front plastic off ? Or do you guys think it's damaged ? I can grab it, and move it up, and down quite a bit. Thanks AGAIN Kenny
