Bad crash on Rt. 21 Newark NJ

2 days ago, I was going up Rt. 21 and saw a bad crash, looked like a older ZX-11 completely totalled, the guy was being moved on a stretcher, another rider on a yellow and black Gix was with him, standing on the side of the road. I saw guy with the gix again the next night at the corner gas station in Newark, next to a Busa. Anyone have any info on this or what happened??

The Kearny Observer covered this crash yesterday. The article said he struck a vehicle at high speed, arm was completely severed and was laying in the road, and was thrown from Rt21 into the Passaic river. Took workers awhile to fish him out of the river and was pronounced DOA.
