was never any meat: wouldn't know what we were missing

suddenly wasn't any: i would write a very strongly worded letter to a bunch of people demanding an explanation, then i would go and get a salad i guess...
...but wait- if there was no meat, what would i be?? a gaseous manifestation of hunger??
