I just want everyone to know that RCC Stage One AND Stage Two kits just became available for the B King! We are installing and tuning one of the first Stage One kits right now, and will shortly be posting not only pictures, but dyno charts with our results . . .:cheerleader:

If anyone is interested, feel free to PM or call . . .

price? very cool!!! I will be watching this one for sure!

The base Stage One turbo kit for the B-King is $4725.00 and comes with a 38mm Tial external wastegate, 2 pair valve block off plates, crankcase vent filter, an RCC billet fuel rail (.440" bore, 2 AN fittings), a nice boost gauge mount, and a choice of single or double dump pipes. Options include heavy duty clutch springs, a Tial 50mm BOV, and water injection. I am not sure if the intercooler option will be available for this model yet. We expect this bike to make 230 RWHP @ 4# boost on pump gas with stock timing. Of course, if you add a base spacer plate, some valve springs, and some stainless valves (recommended), you can turn the boost up some more . . .

Keep in mind that if you build the motor (studs, rods, pistons, valves), the Precision turbo supplied with this Stage One kit will make 450 RWHP with some better fueling:cheerleader:

The particular B-King RCC Stage One turbo kit we are doing on our bike will be $5300.00 - - it also has a 50mm Tial Blow Off valve (BOV), and ceramic black coating on the single dump pipe. An oil pump gear, clutch mod, springs and an oil cooler will be added as well . . .:beerchug:

The pictures below are of the single and double uncoated stainless steel dump pipes on a different crashed B-King that was used originally for fitment purposes - - I will post some pictures of the up pipe and plenum setup, along with the boost gauge and fuel rail on our bike shortly . . .

as far as feuling goes, will a reflash that expands the range of the map sensor and some larger injectors and a fuel pump be fine, or will secondary injectors be necessary?

We are presently waiting for Petrik to successfully flash the ECU from the B-King, being that it is different from the '08 Busa ECU. Even after that is done, it is unclear whether or not the internal software can be manipulated to accomplish this.

The problem is that the B-King ECU shuts down the bottom injectors as the upper injectors come on, around 8,000 rpm. You cannot run any more fuel even with 2 powercommanders because the factory fueling shuts down the primaries, and a PC cannot turn them back on. For that reason, our powercommander will be connected to the upper injectors to get enough fuel while on boost. Once our map is done, we will have somewhat of an idea as to how much fuel is left, and how much more boost could be made with the stock injectors.

Right now there are no larger injectors that we know of that will fit in the factory rail . . . to make the big horsepower on this bike you will definately need to run piggybacks at this time!

This bike is still not done, there are wires all over the place, and more things to do. Here are some more pictures anyway - the filter shown is the optional "shootout" version that we sell. I will get a picture of the standard filter in a later post . . .

Okay, build is essentially done, everything is wired and ready to go. Here are a few more pictures before we hit the dyno . . .:cheerleader:
